Stewed potatoes with beans and chicken

You can serve ready-made potatoes to the table with any vegetable salads or with home preservation. On top of the dish, you can additionally sprinkle with chopped herbs – dill or green onions.
Prepare your ingredients.

Put the boiled beans in a saucepan. If it was not possible to boil it in advance, then follow this procedure. You need to cook beans for at least 50-60 minutes over moderate heat.

Dice the potatoes into cubes and place them on top of the beans.

Then cut the chicken fillet into slices and place on top of the potatoes.

Add salt, ground black pepper and seasoning to taste.

Pour in some water, stir everything. Put the pan on fire, and when the broth boils, reduce it to minimum. Simmer the potatoes for 30-40 minutes.

Then turn off the heat and let the food stand for at least 10 minutes.

Stewed potatoes with beans and chicken are ready! Enjoy your meal!
