Cooking description:

We use several types of vegetables – canned and fresh. We also need a set of spices, you can take any, according to your taste – paprika, dry garlic, onion, thyme, rosemary, chili, oregano, turmeric, etc. The base is cauliflower, leeks and mushrooms. Let's get started!

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse and dry the mushrooms, cut into plates. Cut the leek into rings.

Chop tomatoes, bell peppers and cabbage at random.
