Description of the preparation:
Polpette or Italian meatballs are a family dish that will appeal to children and adults. It is prepared quite simply, it turns out a lot, enough for a large family. See a step by step recipe and cook with pleasure.
Prepare the ingredients.
Add crushed dried tomatoes, grated parmesan, salt, pepper, ricotta or any other cheese to the minced meat.
Pour the vegetable (olive) oil into the baking dish.
Wet meatballs with wet hands, put in a mold.
In vegetable (olive) oil, fry the mushrooms and chopped onions, then add the garlic squeezed through the press, pour in the dry white wine. Put it out for about 5 minutes, during which time alcohol vapor will evaporate.
Put the tomato trade winds or chopped tomatoes in your own juice, add a tablespoon of tomato paste, dry basil, stew for another 5 minutes.
Add the meat broth to the sauce.
Pour the meatballs-polpet with prepared sauce, put on top slices of fresh tomato or cherry tomatoes, put in the oven to bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the prepared meatballs from the oven.
It is logical to serve meatballs with real Italian pasta. This dish can feed a large family, it is tasty and very satisfying!
