Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Cut thin slices of meat with a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm. Lightly beat off.

Pour white dry wine into the same pan.

Put the meat in a creamy mushroom sauce and fry for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve scalopini with any garnish, sprinkled with parsley, along with mushroom sauce (in this recipe, frittata was used as a side dish). The dish turns out deliciously delicious and spectacular, I recommend cooking with all my heart, it’s fast and very tasty.
