Mirpua is a great addition to dishes with meat, poultry, fish. It can be added to soup, making them more pronounced in taste. The vegetables need to be sautéed so they are cooked but firm and have a delicious roasted vegetable aroma.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make mirpois. Peel, wash and dry the vegetables.
Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat. Cut the celery into cubes and place in the pan.
Cut the carrots into celery-sized cubes and place in the pan.
Cut the onion into slices about the size of a carrot with celery and place in a skillet.
Fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring gently, until tender.
