When cooking Georgian scrambled eggs, walnuts, tomato paste and hot peppers are small, must-have ingredients! Without them, the taste of the dish will be completely different! You can add a couple of pinches of ground coriander if desired.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Peel the onions and garlic cloves, rinse with the tomatoes. Cut the green hearts out of the tomatoes, cut the onions and tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the garlic or press into a skillet.
Add the onion slices, vegetable oil, and chop the walnut kernels in your hands. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add tomato paste, tomato slices and water. Add salt, ground red and black pepper. Simmer the contents of the container for about 3-5 minutes.
Then make indentations in the sauce and beat in a chicken egg. You can replace chicken eggs with quail eggs.
Rinse and chop fresh herbs, sprinkle the entire contents of the container on it.
Reduce heat and simmer the dish for about 10 minutes, until the whites are dense, but do not put a lid on the container, otherwise the yolks will become dense.
Serve "Chirbuli" hot right in the pan with savory pastries.
