Prepare all ingredients.
Crush the loaf with your hands and cover with milk or water.
Pass the rabbit fillet through a meat grinder. Squeeze the loaf with your hands and add to the minced meat. Cut the onion into small cubes, add chopped herbs, egg, salt and spices to taste. If you are preparing cutlets for a children's table, then it is better to exclude spices.
Mix everything well.
With your hands moistened with water, form into round patties and place on the oiled steamer rack. Steam for 45-50 minutes.
