Ruddy sponge cake with plums can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon when served with hot drinks: tea, coffee, latte, cappuccino, etc. It is ideal not only as a dessert, but also as a breakfast.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Buy plums "Vengerka" – they taste less sour and keep their shape perfectly.
Place the chicken eggs into a food processor container, or into a deep container if you are going to beat them with a mixer. Add granulated sugar and salt.
Whisk the entire contents of the container on the highest technique speed for about 4-5 minutes, turning the eggs into a fluffy foam. Add the sifted wheat flour and gently whisk into the egg mass with a whisk or silicone spatula, but do not use this technique to prevent air bubbles from blowing out of the dough.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Rinse the plums and cut them in half, remove the seeds. Cut the fruit halves into small cubes and add to the dough. Chop coarsely and the slices will sink to the bottom when baking the dessert.
