For the pumpkin we use our favorite spices and herbs, I like a mixture of Italian herbs, a little dry garlic, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Add a pinch of cinnamon for the spice. When choosing a pumpkin, pay attention to its appearance and necessarily aroma, it must be fragrant, then any dish will turn out delicious. You can serve pumpkin with different sauces, meat, poultry, etc.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the pumpkin carefully, remove the peel and pulp. Cut the pumpkin into medium-sized slices. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the pumpkin pieces with all the spices, herbs, cinnamon. Then rub each piece well with your hands.
Transfer the pumpkin to a greased baking sheet, drizzle lightly with oil on top of the pumpkin and place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the finished pumpkin to the table.
