Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook spelled cutlets. Pick up spices to your taste. You can take ready-made seasonings "for cutlets" or use hops-suneli and coriander. Additionally, finely chopped and fried mushrooms can be added to cutlets.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Rinse the spelled, then soak for 4-5 hours. Then flip the spelled into a colander and let the excess liquid drain.
Dice the onions and fry until transparent.
Grind spelled, fried onions and peeled garlic with a blender.
Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Shuffle. Then add dry gluten and mix again.
Form cutlets from the resulting mass.
Sauté the meatballs on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Pour in water, simmer under the lid until the liquid evaporates over a small fire.
