Optionally, when preparing the sauce, you can stir in ground hot peppers or place the chili pod, removing after boiling, so that the dish does not turn out to be extremely spicy. If the taste of the sauce is too bitter, then it is better to cool it.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove the peel and grate them on a coarse grater.
Peel the onion and garlic and rinse in water, cut into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a cauldron, preferably olive oil, and pour both slices into a container. Fry over moderate heat for about 2-4 minutes.
Pour in the tomato mass and simmer everything for about 5-8 minutes, until the mass changes color.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix everything gently and taste the sauce. It should have a characteristic garlic flavor.
Serve the tomato sauce hot or cold.
