Pasta with Bolognese sauce is not only fast, but also very tasty! The set of products is minimal and will certainly be found in any kitchen. You can take absolutely any minced meat: pork, beef, chicken or mixed. In general, the recipe does not differ much from how we prepare pasta with minced meat, but there are still small nuances. Prepare all ingredients.
Place the diced onion in a preheated skillet with butter.
Fry the onion until soft, add minced meat, salt and spices.
Broil the minced meat lumps with a spatula until the meat is tender.
Then add the bell peppers, cut into strips.
Cook everything together for about 2-3 minutes more.
Add tomato sauce and diced garlic. Add some water if desired.
Heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
While the minced meat is being prepared, you can simultaneously boil the pasta in salted water and discard them in a colander so that all the water is glass.
Place the pasta on a plate and the Bolognese sauce on top. You can sprinkle grated cheese on the dish. Enjoy your meal!
