Tomatoes in their own juice, bell peppers, onions and garlic are a great combination, an ideal sauce to complement your spaghetti, you don't even need meat or mushrooms here, the pasta turns out to be very appetizing and tasty. When serving, you can add herbs. Spaghetti is best served for dinner.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel and cut the onion into small cubes. Peel and dice the bell peppers.
Heat some oil in a frying pan, put onions and peppers, fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomatoes in their own juice to the skillet. Peel and grate the garlic, add to the tomatoes.
Simmer tomato sauce for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the spaghetti in advance, 6 minutes in salted water. Then add the spaghetti to the sauce.
Stir everything and heat the pasta for a couple of minutes, serve.
