Prepare all ingredients.
Combine sugar, cocoa powder, vanillin and xanthan gum.
In another bowl, combine warm soy milk and melted coconut oil.
Add sugar mixture. Stir until sugar dissolves. You can punch the mixture with a blender.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour. Then remove, collect from all edges and stir with a whisk. Remove again for 1 hour.
When the mass becomes noticeably thicker and becomes difficult to mix, punch it with a blender. Transfer to a food container and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
