Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the onions, rinse and dry. Cut the onions into small cubes and fill with water, vinegar, add spices to taste. Pickle the onion for 10 minutes.

Hard boiled chicken, peel and separate the protein from the yolk. Grate proteins on a medium grater and lay out with the first layer.

Brush a layer of protein with mayonnaise.
