When choosing sour cream for cream, give preference to oily, from 25% and above. Such sour cream whips better, the cream turns out to be airy and keeps its shape well. To impregnate prunes, you can use not only coffee, but also sweet tea. And if only adults will treat themselves to the cream, prunes can be soaked in wine or liqueur. Prepare the required ingredients.
Wash the prunes. Cut it as small as possible, fill it with warm coffee and leave for 40 minutes.
Combine sour cream and icing sugar in a bowl.
