Description of the preparation:
Such a soup is very easy to prepare, so no special explanation is required. If you boil it in water, it makes sense to add more vegetable oil, so the dish will be more satisfying. Take sausages and rice to taste. The soup is light, simple and delicious!
Prepare the ingredients for the soup.
Pour chicken broth or water into the pan. Add chopped potatoes.
Cut the carrots and onions lightly and put in a pan.
Stir these vegetables in sunflower oil for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
Then put the carrots and onions in a pot of potatoes and broth.
When the vegetables are half ready, add washed rice to the soup. Salt the soup to taste and continue cooking.
Sausages cut into circles and add to the pan when all the ingredients in the soup are ready. Boil for another 3-4 minutes and turn it off.
In the prepared soup, add chopped parsley or dill, as well as chopped garlic, if desired.
Soup with sausages and rice is ready. Can be served.
