Soup with noodles and salmon

It is not difficult to make soup with noodles and salmon, and the combination, in my opinion, is very successful! The soup will appeal to both adults and children. This is a great variety of the daily menu. Instead of noodles, you can take any pasta, and for a brighter taste and aroma, you can add a variety of aromatic dry herbs or spices. Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the fish soup set. If you have a set with a head, be sure to remove the gills. Transfer the fish pieces to a saucepan, add bay leaves, peppercorns, onions and carrots cut into pieces. Pour in water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and simmer for 20 minutes at a low boil.

Strain the finished broth and return back to the saucepan. Bring to a boil again. In the meantime, cool the fish, separate the meat from the bones and set aside for now.

Add the diced potatoes to the boiling broth.

Fry diced onions and grated carrots in a skillet. Add the roast to the saucepan.

When the potatoes are almost done, add the noodles and cook together for another 5-6 minutes.

Finally, adjust the soup to salt, return the fish pieces to the pot and add any fresh herbs. Let the soup simmer, then cover, remove from heat and let it brew for another 10-15 minutes. Soup with noodles and salmon is ready.
