Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the chicken with water, add half the onions and carrots, cook over low heat for about 1.5 hours, slightly opening the lid, so the broth will be more transparent. Remember to remove the foam.
While the broth is cooking, prepare the dough for dumplings, for this, beat one egg in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, grate the garlic or let it pass through the press.
Grind a small bunch of parsley, add to the egg, stir.
Add flour to the egg.
Knead the dough, just mix the egg with flour with a fork.
Dice the potatoes.
Make a frying of the second halves of carrots and onions. Fry until golden brown.
Remove the cooked chicken from the broth, separate the pulp, chop into fibers.
First put potatoes in the broth, cook for about 10 minutes.
Add pieces of chicken, warm to a boil.
Put the frying.
Spoon or hands make dumplings, separating small pieces of dough and throwing them into the broth. Once again, heat to a boil, put a bay leaf.
