Delicate and airy dumplings are made from cottage cheese with flour. If you cook a soup with cottage cheese dumplings in water or light chicken broth, then such a dish is suitable even for diet food. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour meat stock into a saucepan. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.
After the broth has boiled, add the diced potatoes.
Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the diced onions and grated carrots. Transfer the vegetables to the pot with the potatoes.
While the soup is cooking, transfer the curd to a deep bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add flour and salt to taste.
Mix well with your hands until the curd mass gathers into a lump.
Form a sausage from the resulting dough and cut it into small pieces. Send the dumplings to the boiling soup, after 3-4 minutes they will float and be ready. Adjust the soup for salt and add any fresh herbs at the end.
The soup with curd dumplings is ready.
