For our soup, you need to boil the beef broth in advance. This should be a fairly rich and tasty broth, therefore, cook it with the addition of vegetables and spices to your liking. We also need boiled-smoked bacon, it will give its aromatic notes to the finished soup. Serve the soup with toasted bacon slices and toast.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel the onion and also cut into small cubes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add bacon and onion. Grill for a few minutes over medium heat.
Add the peas to the skillet, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour the beef broth into the pan, add spices to taste, cook the peas for 15 minutes.
Grind the soup in a blender bowl, pour into bowls and serve.
