Serve a rich soup with sour cream, any fat mayonnaise, and fresh savory pastries. Instead of dill, you can add fresh parsley, green onions, or celery to the soup. The dish is not served cold.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. For a satiating dish, you can use cereals or pasta.
Rinse the meat in water, cut off the veins and films. Cut ribs in portions and place in a saucepan. Add bay leaves. Pour in hot water and place the container on the stove. Boil for 30 minutes, removing the resulting foam.
Peel vegetables and rinse in water. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes, grate the carrots with fine cells, and chop the onions into small cubes.
Add all the vegetable slices to the pan, boil for another 10-12 minutes, adding salt.
Rinse and chop the dill, pour the slices into a container and boil for another 3-4 minutes. Taste the soup.
Turn off the heat and let the first dish sit under the lid for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the hot soup into deep bowls and serve with bread, sour cream or mayonnaise.
