The soup is very simple to prepare and will help out in any situation. For cooking, you can take not only water, but also any meat broth, and you can also add smoked sausage to the soup.
Prepare all ingredients.
Dice the onion and grate the carrots. Transfer to a preheated skillet with oil and fry until soft.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Pour water or broth into a saucepan, add vegetables, adjust for salt and cook until potatoes are tender.
At the very end, add the processed cheese, chopped garlic and herbs. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
