Pine Bor salad is prepared in layers. You can do this with a ring or simply lay out layer by layer on a plate. If you don't have a factory ring, you can cut it out of a plastic bottle or use a tin can by cutting out the bottom. The salad is quite tasty, hearty and juicy with a minimum of mayonnaise. Suitable on weekdays and holidays.
Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
Wash green onions and chop finely.
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Refrigerate, peel and grate.
Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and grate.
Boil the chicken fillet or any meaty parts of the chicken in salted water. Chop the chilled meat finely.
Chop the pickled mushrooms as well.
Lay the salad in layers in the following order: a layer of potatoes, mayonnaise, a layer of chicken, mayonnaise, a layer of green onions, mayonnaise, a layer of pickled mushrooms, mayonnaise and a layer of eggs.
Decorate the salad to taste and serve.
