- Water – 250 Milliliters
- Sea buckthorn – 100 grams
- Banana – 1 Piece
- Date syrup – 1-2 Tbsp. spoons

How to Make Sea Buckthorn Smoothies
Prepare all the ingredients.
Rinse sea buckthorn and beat in a blender with water.
Strain the resulting liquid. Throw out the cake.
Peel the banana and cut into circles.
Grind all the ingredients in a blender.
