Today I offer a recipe for preparing a delicious dish – funchose with smoked chicken, which is prepared from glass noodles. This dish perfectly diversifies your everyday menu and will pleasantly surprise loved ones. Noodles are best combined with vegetables and meat. Funchoza perfectly incorporates various smells, and therefore the dish and salads with it are especially aromatic and juicy. Smoked chicken funchose can be served either hot or as a salad.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Prepare funchose following the instructions on the package. Once the funchose is ready, drain the water from it, transfer to a colander and let the liquid drain completely.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Rinse the mushrooms well under running water and chop. Fry the mushrooms with onions in a well-heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes.
Smoked chicken cut into small cubes.
Wash the cucumber well under running water and cut into strips.
Add chopped smoked chicken to the onion with mushrooms and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the cucumbers.
Sprinkle funchose, add soy sauce, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
