Such casserole can be safely served as an independent dish, you can add fresh vegetables and herbs to taste. We choose smoked chicken, preferably not fillet, but the rest of the parts, so that it is not dry. We take cheese for the casserole with a bright creamy aftertaste. You can add spices at your discretion.
Prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven immediately, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Beat a couple of large eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise and spices.
Mix everything with a mixer, add flour and baking powder.
Mix everything again, you get a dough of medium thickness. You can add a little more flour if necessary.
Cut the smoked chicken and cheese into medium-sized cubes, transfer to the dough and stir.
Grease the mold with oil and lay out the workpiece. You can sprinkle with any seeds, this is optional.
Cook the casserole at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
It turns out very tasty and satisfying!
