Sausage cheese is one of the rare ingredients in dishes. It is usually eaten in sandwiches or just like that. Today I propose to cook Smoked Cabbage salad – this is a quick and tasty salad with a minimum amount of ingredients. Garlic perfectly complements fresh cabbage and smoked sausage cheese, resulting in a hearty fresh salad with a spicy note. Optionally, you can add a couple of boiled eggs to the salad. This salad cannot be called dietary or healthy, but it will be a great addition to lunch or dinner.
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Chop the cabbage finely.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or cut into small pieces. Stir the salad well.
Smoked Cabbage salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
