You can literally whip up a salad with smoked breast and cheese. A very simple, quick and tasty salad that will help you out if guests suddenly come to your house. Chicken breast can be replaced with any part of the chicken, but with the breast, in my opinion, it turns out more tender. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients. The salad is laid out in layers. You can shape it with a cooking ring or simply put it in a deep salad bowl.
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and lay out in the first layer. Brush the breast with mayonnaise.
Spread the cucumber cut into approximately the same cubes on top. Pepper and salt the cucumber to taste.
Grate cheese on top on a coarse grater. Brush the layer with mayonnaise.
The last layer is eggs, grated on a coarse grater.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Make a net of mayonnaise on top and decorate the salad with herbs.
Smoked breast and cheese salad is ready. You can immediately serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
