Baked apples in a stuffed oven

We will need:
- apple – 3 pcs.;
- cottage cheese – 60 grams;
- sour cream or yogurt – 1 tbsp. l .;
- raisins, nuts – to taste;
- honey – for serving.
To start, wash and dry the apples. Cut in half and gently cut the core. Combine the cottage cheese with sour cream. Add raisins, a handful of nuts or candied fruits. Mix everything thoroughly and fill the apples with the finished filling.
Send them to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 20 minutes. Before serving, pour the finished apples into the honey.
Slices of apples deliciously grilled. It can be both a frying pan and a barbecue, if you go outdoors.

- sugar, cinnamon, vanilla – to taste.
Cut the washed apples into thin slices without removing the core. In a deep bowl, mix them with sugar and melted butter. Add cinnamon or vanilla for flavor. Put the grill on a wire rack or frying pan and fry until delicious crust on both sides.
Puffs with apples
This is perhaps one of the easiest baking options. It is enough to defrost the finished puff pastry and roll it out slightly. And with the filling, you can experiment. Fresh apples can be simply sprinkled with lemon juice. Combine them with raisins, lemon zest, favorite berries. But if you have 15 minutes left, be sure to make a fragrant filling of caramelized apples.

- sugar – 80-100 grams;
- butter – 50 grams;
- cinnamon – to taste (optional);
- yolk – 1 pc.;
- yeast puff pastry – 500 grams.
The process should begin with the filling. Wash the apples, remove the core and, if desired, peel, cut into small pieces. Place in a pan with melted butter and fry lightly. Then pour sugar, cinnamon and let simmer for 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir occasionally. Be sure to cool the finished stuffing!
Roll out the dough a little and cut into even rectangles. Lay the filling on one edge and carefully glue the joints. On top, you can make small incisions to allow steam to escape. Lubricate the puffs with beaten yolk and bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees to a delicious golden color.
Caramelized apples can be used for filling in pancakes, wrapped in pita bread, served on toasts or in tartlets. A wonderful idea of a fragrant and tasty dessert for the whole family in a wide variety of dishes.
Sponge cake with apples
This simple and delicious pie will be loved by both adults and kids. A minimum of effort and less than an hour of time in the kitchen, and what an amazing result!
- egg – 4 pcs.;
- sugar – 120 grams (plus 2 tbsp. l.);
- flour – 120 grams;
- apple – 2-3 pcs.;
- butter – 1 tsp. (to lubricate the mold);
- icing sugar – for serving (if desired).
First of all, turn on the oven and preheat to 190 degrees. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Then pour the sifted flour in small portions without ceasing to beat.
Wash the apples, cut into thin slices, removing the cores and ponytails. Grease the bottom of the heat-resistant form with butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put apple slices and fill with dough.
Send the form to the oven and bake the biscuit until cooked for about 40 minutes. Determine the cookedness with a wooden skewer or a toothpick. Turn the pie upside down before serving it and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Baked pork with apples
If you want to add a twist to the usual hot, try to cook tender and juicy meat with apples. This dish boldly will be a great option not only for every day, but also on the holiday table.
You will need:
- pork – 1 kg;
- salt and spices to taste;
- green apples – 2 pcs.;
- lemon juice – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tsp
It is most convenient to use a loin for this recipe, it retains its shape perfectly, but just a piece of pulp is also suitable. Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel, salt and pepper to taste. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Cut the apples, best sour, into 4-6 parts, cutting the core. Spread them around the pork and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, send a baking sheet, covering it with foil for the first half hour. After the foil, remove and bring the meat to full readiness.
