Simple fresh cabbage salad

Such a salad can be seasoned with both vegetable oil and sour cream, mayonnaise. You can serve salad to the table with absolutely any dish, ideally the salad will complement meat dishes, cereals, potatoes, pasta. If you stick to a diet and proper nutrition, the salad is a great dinner. Take note of the recipe, because it often happens that the simpler the recipe, the tastier the result!

Prepare all ingredients.

Take a young cabbage, remove the top leaves, then cut the forks in half. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Place the cabbage in a salad bowl.

Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut into slices and add to the cabbage.

Rinse the fresh cucumber and cut into slices, add to the salad. You can also use different vegetables – peppers, carrots, onions, etc.

Rinse the dill, chop finely and add to the salad.

Season the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything and serve.
