To prepare such an original snack, you can use ordinary shrimp or tiger. Wine will suit both red and white, as long as it is dry and unsweetened. Shrimp can be served immediately after cooking.
Prepare your ingredients.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add garlic, which is cut into several pieces. Fry it for 20 seconds.
Boil the shrimps for 1 minute.
Spoon them over the garlic.
Add lemon juice.
Pour in the wine.
Add salt and ground black pepper.
Simmer the shrimp until the wine has completely evaporated.
