Shrimp and Apple Salad

Description of the preparation:

Shrimp salad with apple is perfect for a romantic evening with your loved ones with a glass of sparkling white wine. It is prepared in a matter of minutes and served immediately after cooking, until the fruit pulp has darkened due to contact with air. Season the dish with quality vegetable oil.

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse the leaves of fresh lettuce in water, dry with a paper towel and lay on a plate. Rinse the apple in water, cut into circles 0.5-1 cm thick. Cut out the core from each circle. Put a few circles in the center of the plate on lettuce leaves.

Peel the fried or boiled shrimp from the shell and esophagus, put them on an apple sliced. Peel the kiwi, rinse in water. Cut into circles or cubes, as desired and add to other ingredients.
