To prepare a delicious sea bass fish soup, you first need to boil the broth on fish bones, and only then add vegetables, fish fillets and seasonings. The soup turns out to be low-calorie and healthy, and should be liked by lovers of sea fish soup.
Prepare the necessary ingredients for making fish soup. Peel and wash onions, potatoes and carrots.
Clean the seabass from the scales, carefully remove the insides, trying not to crush the bile, cut out the gills. Rinse the carcass under running water. Separate the fillet from the bones, cut off the ribs.
Place the head, tail, ridge and bones of the sea bass in a 2.5 liter saucepan. Add finely chopped onions, add water and cook the broth over low heat for 15 minutes.
Catch bones with a slotted spoon, separate the meat, there is often a lot of it and throwing it away with the bones after boiling the broth is simply a pity.
Strain the broth through a sieve, put the chopped potatoes and carrots in it. Boil vegetables for 10 minutes.
After a while, pierce a couple of potato slices with a knife, it should be half-cooked, and only then add chopped tomatoes and celery to the soup. Cook the ear for another 10 minutes.
Cut the sea bass fillet into small pieces, add to the ear along with the meat that was separated from the bones. Add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste, cook for no longer than 5 minutes.
Chop fresh herbs finely, add to the ear, stir and turn off the stove. Leave the soup covered for 10 minutes to brew, exchange all tastes and aromas.
