Such sausages can be served with different sauces, it will also be delicious to serve them with fresh vegetables or any side dish of your choice.
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour milk into a deep bowl, add a chicken egg, add paprika, salt and other spices to taste.
Add two types of flour and baking powder at once.
Knead to a homogeneous, smooth dough, in which there should be no lumps. The dough should not be runny.
Cut the sausages in half, insert a toothpick into each half, so that it is convenient to continue working.
Pour the prepared batter into a glass or a cup, dip the sausage so that it is covered with our batter.
Heat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. Then put the sausages in the pan, fry over medium heat for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Sausages in corn batter are ready. Serve to the table.
