Description of the preparation:
Pork ribs are prepared very simply and quickly if the meat is young. It is easily separated from the bone and literally melts in the mouth. Sauerkraut gives spicy sourness. Put any spices to your taste, and at the end you can add chopped garlic. If desired, such ribs can be served with a side dish in the form of mashed potatoes.

Wash the ribs, dry and if they are long, cut into two parts. Pour sunflower oil into a pot with a thick bottom or a cauldron, heat it and lay out the ribs.
Fry the ribs to a light golden crust on all sides.
Peel, wash and chop arbitrarily. Add to pan.
Sauté the ribs with onions for 7-8 minutes while stirring. Then pour water so that it covers the meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the pan and simmer until half cooked over medium heat. Then put sauerkraut, which should be squeezed out before brine.
10 minutes before cooking, add bay leaf to the pan.
Pork ribs with sauerkraut ready.
Serve fragrant, tender ribs with sauerkraut for the second at lunch and on the festive table as a hot dish.
