Rumor has it that the composition of this sauce has about 200 components – these are spices and other additives. We will not experiment like this, we will make a more simplified version. The sauce is served for grilled meat, for beef, but, I will tell you friends, this sauce is not bad with any piece of meat. Just imagine, a hot steak, and a slice of sauce is laid on top of it, which melts before our eyes and gives the meat some incredible taste and appearance. We take the highest quality and tastiest oil as a basis!
Prepare all ingredients. The amount of spices you can use at your discretion, a little more or less than the declared mass.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a spoonful of curry oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Place the soft butter in a kitchen blender and add the chopped dill. Parsley can be fresh, I have dried. If you have fresh parsley, add it in this step as well.
Add the onion from the pan to the butter, a little garlic, literally a clove.
Add sauce and lemon juice.
Pour all the spices into the oil.
Grind everything on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Put the prepared butter on foil or cling film, form a sausage, wrap it and put it in the freezer. Cut the finished butter into small round pieces before serving.
