Prepare the indicated ingredients. Clean the shells, rinse.
Peel the onion and garlic and rinse in water. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, pressing the peeled garlic clove into the same place.
Then add the tomato paste and mix everything well, simmer for about 1 minute.
Peel and grate the carrots into a container.
Add the shells of shrimp or crabs, crayfish, etc.
Stir gently and fry in tomato paste for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour in hot water, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for at least 35-40 minutes until the shells soften. During this time, the water will evaporate a little.
Pour the contents of the cauldron into a tall hand blender glass or chopper bowl.
