Samosas with vegetables will perfectly complement your menu. If you decide to cook a dish without meat, then this recipe will definitely come in handy!
Prepare all ingredients.
Prepare the filling. Peel the vegetables. Grate the carrots and chop the onion into small cubes.
Saute carrots and onions in butter for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes and bell peppers, cut into small pieces.
Stir all vegetables, sauté everything together for a couple of minutes, add spices to taste and remove from heat. Cool the filling.
Roll out the defrosted puff pastry into circles with a diameter of 18 cm.
Cut each circle exactly in half.
Blind two opposite edges, pinch all over the side and put the vegetable filling inside, about 1-1.5 tsp.
Pinch the remaining edge. Thus, blind all samosas.
Put the samosas on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.
Bake samosas in the oven for 20 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
