Salted cucumbers with honey are cooked very quickly, literally in two counts. The main thing is to give time for the cucumbers to insist and soak completely. You can add young garlic and fresh fragrant dill to the recipe. As for the combinations, cucumbers are suitable for mashed potatoes, any porridge, they can also be served with meat, and it will especially be delicious with barbecue.
- Cucumbers – 300 Grams
- Honey – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Dill – 20 grams
- Young Garlic – 4 Cloves
- Ground pepper – 1 pinch

How to cook "Salted Cucumbers with Honey"
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash and dry the cucumbers. To make the cucumbers more crispy, they can be pre-filled with cold water and left for an hour. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Rinse and dry fresh fragrant dill, chop finely and add to the cucumbers.
Add salt and chopped young garlic to the cucumbers.
Next, add a pinch of pepper and honey.
Stir everything and leave the cucumbers for a day in the refrigerator, periodically remove and mix.
Put the finished cucumbers on a plate and serve.
