Despite the name is salty, the taste of bread is harmonious and does not stand out by any separate pronounced taste. The recipe is simple and accessible even to a novice hostess.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water, add 225 grams of flour.
Stir until smooth.
Tighten with cling film and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After the lapse of time, the dough should noticeably increase in volume and bubble.
Add the remaining flour (225 grams), salt, vegetable oil to the bowl with the dough and knead the dough.
The dough should turn out soft, but resilient and not stick to your hands. Roll the ball and put it in the bowl.
Tighten the bowl with cling film, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, the dough will increase in volume. It is ready for cutting.
Place the dough on a work surface. Remember, give a round shape.
Take a round shape, brush with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Put the dough in it. Make deep cuts and only now turn on the oven 180 degrees. As soon as the oven warms up, set the bread to bake for 35-45 minutes. Focus on your oven!
After time, remove the form from the oven. The finished bread has an even golden color.
Wrap bread in a towel and let it sit for at least 6 hours at room temperature. After it can be served.
