A colorful fish soup will become more satisfying if you decide to add potatoes to it, and tomatoes will add a slight sourness to the dish. If you are cooking hot for adults, then 10 minutes before cooking, you can add a pod of hot pepper to it without cutting it. Then don't forget to delete!
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Thoroughly remove the scales from the pieces of fish by rinsing them in water several times. Cut out the gills from the head, rinse it from the mucus inside and out. Remove the eyes if desired. Place the peeled salmon slices in a multicooker bowl.
Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Rinse them in water along with the cherry tomatoes. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes, the carrots and onions into large pieces, and the tomatoes into slices.
Pour in hot water and turn on the "Soup" mode on the multicooker display for 1 hour. After 10 minutes, remove the resulting foam from the surface of the liquid and add bay leaves.
When the display shows 10 minutes before the end of cooking, rinse with fresh dill, parsley or celery, chop coarsely and add to the multicooker bowl. Peel and chop the garlic clove, adding to the same. When the technician beeps, taste the ear, correct if necessary.
Place the salmon head in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and the broth. Serve hot with bread.
