This salad is very easy to prepare. Fry the mushrooms a little, add to the fish, also take a salad mix of greens as a basis, add brightness and juiciness with cherry tomatoes. You can serve salad with side dishes or on your own.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel and rinse the champignons, dry, cut into plates.
Heat a frying pan and brush with oil, put the mushrooms and fry them on each side for 2 minutes.
Place the salad mix on a salad plate.
Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes, cut into 4 wedges and lay on top of the greens.
Now put the fried mushrooms in the salad.
Cut the red fish into slices or strips and add to the salad.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad, pour over with oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
