Description of the preparation:
Thanks to olive oil, sauce and lemon juice, the salad is as full of taste and aroma as possible. Red fish choose moderately salty. Black caraway seeds interestingly complements the salad and goes well with cabbage and fish.
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the cabbage thinly and pour it onto a flat plate.
We cut the celery stalk into thin plates and add it to the salad.
Add sliced red fish.
Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice, soy sauce, pour olive oil.
Sprinkle the finished salad with ground pepper and black caraway seeds. Bon Appetit!
