To prepare a salad with nuts, you will need apples, carrots, a little raisins, honey and sour cream. Salad can be called dietary, if you use low-fat sauce.
Prepare the ingredients.
Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and put in a bowl.
Peel the apple from the peel and grate it, put it to the carrots.
Grind walnuts in a mortar or chop with a knife.
Add the nuts to the salad.
Rinse the raisins, dry on napkins, add to the salad.
Season the salad with low-fat sour cream.
Add honey for sweetness and mix again.
