Even just fried Adyghe cheese itself is incredibly tasty, it is in this version that it fully reveals its taste. Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the Adyghe cheese into medium slices.
Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut into slices.
Preheat the skillet well and reduce heat to low. Put the cheese in a frying pan, fry on each side for 1 minute, until golden brown.
Place clean hand-torn lettuce leaves on a plate.
Then add juicy tomato slices to the lettuce leaves.
Next, put the chopped bell pepper into the salad. Sprinkle everything with oil, salt and pepper.
Add grilled cheese to the salad and serve immediately.
