Description of the preparation:
In addition to cabbage, add to the salad a fresh cucumber and a boiled egg, a little dill. For refueling, I suggest using vegetable oil and a little wine vinegar. Salad must be seasoned before serving, if desired, you can take yogurt or even home-made mayonnaise for dressing. The simplicity of preparation and the minimum composition of ingredients always gives an excellent result.
Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse and dry the Beijing cabbage, cut into strips and put in a salad bowl.
Rinse and dry the cucumber, clean it if desired. Cut the cucumber into small pieces and add to the cabbage.
Hard-boiled chicken egg and peel, cut into slices and add to the salad.
Rinse and dry the dill, chop finely and add to the salad.
Season the salad with oil and vinegar, add salt and pepper. Stir everything and serve the salad to the table.
