The combination of canned beans, pickled mushrooms and cheese, in my opinion, is very successful. Despite the fact that there are no usual eggs or meat in the composition, the salad turns out to be very tasty and unusual. I especially love the combination of beans and garlic, which is the best you could think of. Preparing such a salad is very simple and quick, because in fact all the ingredients are already ready for use.
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Take red beans, canned in their own juice.
Pickled mushrooms can be any. I have homemade champignons. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into small pieces.
Add red kidney beans to the mushrooms after draining all the liquid. To do this, it is advisable to put it in a colander or sieve for 15 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the salad.
Add finely chopped parsley or dill.
Add croutons. The taste can be any, choose whichever you like best, but ideally just use ordinary salted croutons.
Squeeze out one or more garlic cloves, add mayonnaise and stir.
Salad with beans, mushrooms and croutons is ready.
