You can literally whip up the Tenderness salad with pink salmon, you just need to prepare all the ingredients in advance. The salad will help out both when guests are on the doorstep and when you want to pamper your family with a delicious and not trivial dish. The salad turns out to be light and very tender, hence the name! Try it!
Prepare all the ingredients in advance. Boil the eggs and carrots and let cool.
Drain the liquid from the canned food, remove the large bones, mash them with a fork and lay out in the first layer. Grease each layer with mayonnaise and, if necessary, add salt to taste.
Grate the eggs and lay out the next layer.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and distribute evenly on top.
Put the grated apple, peeled, in the next layer.
The last layer is hard cheese. Grate it and sprinkle on the salad.
I also decided to decorate the salad with a net of mayonnaise and fresh herbs. Salad "Tenderness" with pink salmon is ready.
Let the salad soak for a couple of hours and serve. Enjoy your meal!
