Cooking salad "Old New Year" is possible not only for the holiday. The salad is very tasty and will certainly delight you on ordinary weekdays. Nourishing and tender, it can become both an independent dish and an addition to the main menu.
Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water in advance and cool.
Cut the chicken into small cubes and place in a deep bowl.
Add the diced cucumber.
Add green peas, after draining all the liquid from it.
And grated cheese.
Grind greens with a knife, pass garlic through a press. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well. Salad "Old New Year" is ready.
Serve salad immediately. Enjoy your meal!
